LOLLY

www.itslolly.com

Lolly is a Point of Sale (PoS) and payments specialist serving small and medium businesses across the UK in the hospitality industry; from coffee shops, pubs and night clubs, to mobile catering, pop ups and corporate caterers.

The company offers a complete point of sale package where customers can use its EPoS software on tills and PoS tablets. Lolly then networks these to card payment machines, to speed up service and provides a cloud-based back office, supplying real-time business analytics. The tills and software are designed to help businesses with their bottom line.

Today, Lolly is the only UK business of its kind that can truly scale from a downloadable product to a fully connected real-time network of tills, powered by an enterprise-level inventory reporting management system.

Businesses simply upgrade as they grow, removing the need for costly installs as the needs of their business become more complex.  And it is for all these reasons, along with their fantastic customer service that Copper & Ink are proud to be working with Lolly as their EPoS provider.

DAFFY’S

Created from the finest French grain spirit and distilled in an ancient copper pot whisky still, Daffy’s is a classic, complex and perfectly balanced gin.  With botanicals from many different parts of the world, Daffy’s is well-rounded and smooth with notes of citrus, mint, caramel and chocolate all underpinned with a solid woody character like a malt whisky.  Copper & Ink are thrilled to have Daffy’s as their house gin, and we hope you will enjoy a D&T or one of our C&I cocktails

NEAL’S YARD DAIRY

www.nealsyarddairy.co.uk

Neal’s Yard Dairy select, mature and sell farmhouse cheese from the UK and Ireland. Working with about 40 cheesemakers, they regularly visit them to taste their cheeses and select the batches we want to mature and sell.  The essence of what they do has barely changed since their founding director Randolph Hodgson began seeking out farmhouse cheesemakers to supply their first shop in the early 1980’s.  Copper & Ink are currently showcasing Ragstone goats cheese, Baron Bigod soft cheese, Stichelton blue cheese and Coolea (reminiscent of Gouda) on our cheeseboard, along with a delicious quince paste.

FROM DORSET WITH LOVE
