About Us
Situated in the heart of Blackheath village, run by local couple Tony Rodd (MasterChef finalist 2015) & Becky Cummings, Copper & Ink is a modern British restaurant with influences from classic French and Scandinavian cuisine. Our monthly changing menu is created using the best seasonal produce. Chef Patron Tony and Head Chef Rob Parks (MasterChef semi-finalist 2015) bring their artistry to produce stunning plates of food that are full of flavour and theatre.
We offer a large selection of Tony & Becky’s favourite drinks from around the world; including an assortment of wines, gins and rums along with classic and bespoke cocktails!
Tony & Becky wanted to bridge the gap between a traditional, stuffy high-end restaurant and a local, casual dining spot. The restaurant is a relaxed and comfortable environment for you to enjoy bespoke artwork by local artist Liam Brazier, delicious food and an eclectic mix of music.
When Tony & Becky set out to create Copper & Ink they wanted to ensure that they collaborated with both local suppliers and those who provide ethically sourced produce such as John Charles Butchers and Fairtrade Foundation, but also to involve the local community by providing a space for them to feel at home away from home.
Refined dishes don’t have to be stuffy or surrounded with pomposity; the food should speak for itself and at Copper & Ink we ensure it does.
