In a past life, both a freelance food writer and a gluten-free baker; co-owner and manager Becky will be bringing her creativity to not only Front of House, but the Copper & Ink website and social media platforms. Becky has attained the WSET Level 2 qualification and brings her knowledge and passion for wine & spirits to the restaurant. She is personable and dedicated and her flamboyant style forms an integral part of the Copper & Ink identity.
