WHITE

La Leyenda de Las Cruces, Sauvignon Blanc, Chile - 7 / 13
Pale yellow with green highlights.  It shows intense aromas of pure pink grapefruit, peach and a herbaceous nettley character.  The zesty palate is vibrant with lots of citrus and stone fruit flavours and a delightful moth watering finish. (Vegan)

The Underworld Grenache Blanc, Western Cape, South Africa - 8 / 15
On the nose it has a curious apothecary of rate botanicals including lemon peel, juniper, jasmine and guava.  These can also be found on the palate supported by the grape’s inherently pithy acidity, longevity and structure. (Vegetarian)

Ontañón Vetiver Rioja Blanco, Rioja, Spain - 9 / 17
Opulent aromas of pear and jasmine, with tropical notes and well-integrated oak.  The palate is poised with pineapple, vanilla and crisp lemon acidity and brioche notes on the finish. (Vegan)

Fritz Willi Riesling, Mosel, Germany - 9 / 18
Fragrant aromas of ripe apricots, citrus and apple.  Minerality and ripe, rounded stone fruit flavours are balanced by zesty lemon sherbet characters - giving an appealing off-dry style which retains a surprisingly crisp finish.  (Vegan)

Gorabie Txakoli, Zuri/Zurratie, Basque Country, Spain - 10 / 19
This Txakoli is a bright lemon colour with green reflections.  Pear, apple and citrus aromas dominate the nose.  The palate is dry, clean and fresh with notes of green apple and white flowers with a crisp grapefruit acidity.
RED

Prisma Monastrell, Jumilla, Spain  - 7 / 14
Complex notes of ripe plums and rich berry fruit, with notes of fig.  On the palate the wine is generous, rich and spicy - with concentrated bramble fruit, evident tannins, a note of black pepper and fresh acidity on the finish. (Vegan)

Le Fou, Pinot Noir, Pays d’Oc - 8 / 15
Fuller than a Pinot Noir from Burgundy, it has a warm, rich nose with aromas of stewed cherries.  The palate is nicely balanced with an exciting savoury bitterness provided by ripe, tasty tannins.

Finca Sophenia 'E's Vino' Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina - 9/18
Attractive red colour with violet hues and aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries and blueberries combined with spicy and floral hints.  In the mouth, the sweet and round tannins increase its fruit sensation and balance.  A wine of good intensity, concentration and a long after taste.  (Vegan)

Novas Gran Réserva, Carmenere/Cab Sauv, Colchagua Valley, Chile - 9 / 17
Black cherry red with intense black burr ant and typical green capsicum notes that give way to hints of black pepper, tobacco leaf and chocolate.  The palate presents medium body and very smooth lush tannins. Organic. (Vegan)

Wandering Beeste, Petite Syrah, Coastal Region, South Africa - 10 / 19
The 2019 petite Syrah has a nose of grated dark chocolate and graphite, the sinewy palate expresses warm, leafy fruit, cocoa bean and finely grained textural tannins.  (Vegan)

ROSÉ & BLUSH

Côtes de Thau Rosé, Languedoc, France  - 9 / 16
This luscious and textural blend is very much a food wine; rich currant flavours provided by Grenache and tangy raspberry from Cinsault before a dry and fresh finish.

Domaine des Tourelles Rose, Bekaa Valley, Lebanon - 11 / 20
Pretty pink in colour, spice notes and tons of strawberry and summer fruits.  This is a fully bodied rose with warm southern flavours of lush wild strawberries with a zesty spicy finish. (Vegan)

SPARKLING & CHAMPAGNE

Le Dolci Colline Prosecco Spumante Brut, Italy - 8.5
Fresh and gently fruity fizz from northeast Italy (Veneto) with citrus and green apple aromas.  Delicate and lively on the palate with ripe, lightly grapey fruit, zesty acidity and a clean refreshing finish.  (Vegan)

Henners Brut NV, East Sussex, England - 12.5
Sourdough aromas combine with crunchy green apple fruit to provide a wonderfully welcoming nose. The palate is fine with a lively and persistent mousse. Green apple and pear fruit characters mix with a toasted brioche leesy flavour helping to provide a complex and moreish palate. Balanced acidity and a long finish make this a very classy sparkling wine.  (Vegan)

Henners Brut Rosé NV, East Sussex, England - 14
This sparkling rosé delivers classic English Red berry fruit flavours including raspberries, redcurrants and rhubarb.  A minimum of 18 month ageing on the lees brings a delicate creaminess to the wine.  (Vegan)
